Step 1: CBO Scores Huge, Costly Bill. Step 2: ??? Step 3: Savings and Jobs Galore!

IT FLIES FAST SOME DAYS: Now the official report is out.

TOP OF THE POST UPDATE: Not even a minute after posting I receive this:

Ranking Republican Paul Ryan responds to an NRO query about the news this morning: “The Congressional Budget Office has confirmed that there is currently no official cost estimate. Yet House Democrats are touting to the press — and spinning for partisan gain — numbers that have not been released and are impossible to confirm. Rep. James Clyburn stated he was 'giddy' about these unsubstantiated numbers. This is the latest outrageous exploitation by the Majority — in this case abusing the confidentiality of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office — to pass their massive health care overhaul at any cost.”

PREVIOUSLY:

The final report hasn't been released yet. Only this from Democrat Steny Hoyer.

Keep in mind, the CBO can only score a bill from what Congress gives it. If Congress has a bill that will create tadpole storm clouds, the CBO will have to score the amount of frogs will fall from the sky. They can only work within the parameters they are given.

For a visual reminder of what a Trillion Dollars looks like, this can help. A million here, a billion there. Soon they are talking about real money.

ALSO: Gabriel at Ace of Spades has the latest whip count as of last night.
