Absolute Moral Authority Does Not Mean Immunity

To put the title into context, Da Tech Guy noticed this about Eric Fuller-- a victim in Tucson's shootings-- seemed to be being groomed for Cindy Sheehan's old job. That of the ultimate victim that could never be criticized.

Unfortunately, Fuller didn't realize that the law still applied to him.

One of the victims from the Tucson shootings has been arrested and involuntarily committed to a mental health facility, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Office.

Eric Fuller was arrested Saturday after authorities said he shouted "You're dead" to Tea Party spokesman Trent Humphries.

Humphries was speaking at a town hall event to discuss the shootings that happened a week earlier outside a Tucson Safeway store.

Pima County sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan said that Fuller has been charged with threats and intimidation and he also will be charged with disorderly conduct.
